Maintenance Manager - FMCG
Excelsior Group Me Ajman, Emirate of Ajman
The Role
Develop and implement maintenance policies and procedures and update them as necessary
Plan, coordinate, and oversee maintenance activities for machines repair and installation
Monitor equipment and spare part inventory and place orders as necessary
Implement regular preventive maintenance that aims to predict and prevent equipment failures before they occur
Implement and control maintenance budget while ensuring best practices in the industry
Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures in dealing with machine and equipment
Maintain good relations with contracts with supplies provider, and handle the execution of maintenance work negotiation
Prepare and follow up the daily & monthly reports
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
Minimum 8 years working experience in food manufacturing industries, preferred in flour mills.
Ability to analyze, process, and identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
Strong knowledge of computer applications
Proficient communication both oral and written skills.
