driven decisions We are now in the process of leading the deployment of these tools building capabilities with the internal J J organization and Distributors Aim of job This person will manage the Customer pillar of the Business Insights team Responsible for driving MSL Perfect Store and the Insights to Action process in the Commercial team and Distributor organizations In addition this person will be responsible for the training and development of Distributor based BI Analysts and highly involved in analysing and tracking key initiatives of Business Insights from a Customer perspective This role has scope to expand to encompass synergy across all BI pillars Customer Consumer Shopper and Market The ideal candidate possesses Analytical skills has a Commercial background and has great Influencing skills Main accountabilities To provide actionable insights to the Commercial Distributor teams regarding our performance opportunities and threats at Lead customers and provide actionable insights and recommendations based on Analyzing the EPOS data through standard EPOS dashboards and by creating bespoke analyses to understand where the opportunities are focusing on the most important stores Analyzing the sell-

in Distributor data by outlet and monitoring all points of inventory EPOS NTS Sales to Distributor Holistically evaluating Customer performance in combination with the other processes Consumer Shopper research MSL Insights-

in-class execution in key outlets across MENAP Insights to Action Process Analyzing and tracking our performance in Customers where we have EPOS data Development and training of BI Analysts in key countries in the Distributor organizations MSL Must Stock List key BI initiative Selling the right products into the right outlets Operationalizing and optimizing the MSL process and driving MSL execution External Agency Management Liaise with external agencies to deliver the required data like processing the EPOS data and the Perfect Store Audits Team Management Lead and develop the BI Graduate Trainee and the Distributor BI Analysts and embed the different BI tools and processes into the Distributor organization Cross functional working Working closely with the Commercial team Marketing and Shopper team Distributor Excellence team and the key people in the Distributor organization including the BI Analyst to drive in-

store excellence and to provide actionable insights and recommendations to close the gaps Work as a Business Partner ConsultantMain interfaces collaboration Reporting to the Head of BI Work closely with other BI team members the Commercial Distributor team Shopper Marketing Marketing Finance and IT teams Liaise with with external agencies to deliver the required data and insightsMain performance measures Category and brand share growth MSL Targets Perfect Store scores Feedback from key stakeholders on providing actionable recommendations and ability to communicate effectively Maintaining a high accuracy level and attention to detail QualificationsEducation University degree in Economics Marketing Business administration or respective studiesYears of Industry Experience 4 years experience from a multi-
