Responsibilities :

Lead and motivate staff to improve customer service withclients.

Design and implement strategic plansto reach sales targets.

Cultivate lastingrelationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.

Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly salesobjectives.

Draft detailed and accurate salesreports.

Work with customers to betterunderstand their business needs and goals.

Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand toidentify selling prices.

Estimate sales volumeand profit for current and new products.

Establish a sales training program to train newemployees.

Meet with sales managers to assesscompany performance.
