Support the client’s management team in developing strategies for several business lines, such as real estate, security, corporate affairs, health and security, and facility management.
Attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in planning activities in various operations segments.
Spearhead processes to ensure linkage between client division, corporate strategy and corporate planning activities.
Identify and communicate current market trends that impact the business to define development and expansion goals competitively.
Analyze and produce dashboards that highlight key competitive movements and introduce various strategies to position the client division across each sector.
Collaborate with the division internal departments in developing business plans.
Produce business case in support of key decisions and growth opportunities. (Business cases include market research and assessment, risk assessment, financial appraisal and sensitivity analysis, cost-benefit analysis, core competency analysis and go-to-market recommendations).
Provide regular updates to management on key trends impacting the division business.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager / supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in property management or a relevant field.
Minimum of 8 years relevant experience.
Ability to optimize costs and initiate operational cost savings.
Ability to use computer and work related software applications.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills.
