As the drafter of several standards in the field of laser industry, our client brought up the concept of Three Years Warranty , which breaks the regular warranty rules in this industry and provides the customers with more services and added values.

Our Client’s R&D center, located in Yverdon-Les-Bains Switzerland, has many years’ experience in laser product development.

By taking advantage of the renowned digital industry in Switzerland, the cutting edge advancement of Switzerland and Chinese R&D engineers tasked with the responsibility of product design, development, and testing, they create a line of a product line that not only conforms to the top standard of professional European laser equipment but also highly cost-efficient.

Our client is expanding regionally in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa due to serious increment in business and sales as Made in China products are now cutting edge in technology, robust, reliable and highly cost-effective compared to the competitors.

There is a huge need for qualified HR professionals to help our client develops and train the workforce to put its footprints on EMEA.


  • Work as an HR Generalist for the location in which he or she is assigned
  • To implement Company HR policies and to ensure compliance of local labor law and practices
  • Assist local, regional and global headquarters with the recruitment of key personnel
  • Assist, develop and implement training programs for employees, channel partners and distributors
  • Assist in the development or localization of corporate social responsibility programs
  • Work with the financial department, local and international financial institutions and consultancy on pay role and other financial responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above in human resources management, psychology or business administration
  • 5 to 10-year work experience in which 5+ years in management of people
  • Competent experience, qualification or certification in local labor laws and practices
  • Experience working with new corporate set up
  • Experience in working with multinational corporations with multiple regional offices / hub in EMEA and other regions and / or countries
  • Professional Fluency in written and spoken English together with native tongue local language capability
  • Education :

    University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
