You are responsible for

  • Check-in and check-out of the hotel guest as per the Hotel standards.
  • To use discretion and tact when dealing with guest inquiries, problems or complaints in an efficient & professional manner without detriment to the hotel and / or it’s reputation.
  • To use / adhere the SOP’s provided through Management to guarantee a standard level of service & to be a leading example.
  • To ensure security and privacy of guests by keeping all guests information confidential.
  • Perform any additional duties or special projects as directed by the Director of Guest Services.Please send cv
