To develop thelogistics relationship with customers by analyzing forecasts,inventory & service levels, and facilitatingcross-functional meetings in order to provide relevant data thatwill enable Transmed to make strategic operational decisions.
Execute stock management by ensuring thecorrect item reaches the appropriate customer at the correcttiming
Manage daily order processing activities for aspecified account or group of accounts
Manage keyaccounts on inventory by proactively suggesting strategies thatimpact the customers ordering forecast
Track On-Shelf Availability (OSA).
Monitor promotional orders to ensure timely shipment andarrival at the customers by the requested delivery date
Perform regular analysis of customerservice levels and complete monthly
Key PerformanceReporting (KPI's)
Identify gaps and conductroot cause analysis on a daily basis in order to drive servicelevel improvements
Understand supply chain requirementsfor customers and develop solutions to solve issues
1 year of Customer Serviceexperience
1-2 years of Logistics experience,preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred in SupplyChain Management, Operations or Business
