Client Relations Executive Vacancy in Dubai Our client one of consulting firms in UAE requires a Client Relations Executive for our operations in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2- 4 years of experience working in any services industry in sales / business development.
Duties and responsibilities include : Generate revenue growth and ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction with the services offered.
Build relationships with the clients through effective sales conversations and presentations. Achieve lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline.
Ability to effectively and strategically manage large territories and prioritize time accordingly. Ability to effect marketing and communication campaigns within the assigned territory.
Demonstrated ability to effectively cold call into senior finance executives to secure appointments. Facilitating and participating in meetings with key client stakeholders to develop an understanding of their business.
Preparing business proposals Implementing recommendations / solutions and ensuring the client receives the necessary assistance to carry their desired business in UAE.
Presenting recommendations to clients regarding the business opportunities and advantages of starting business in different zones in UAE.
Carrying out research and data collection to understand the nature of business the client has intended to start and its implications.
Liaising with the client to keep them informed of progress and to make relevant decisions. Representing the organization professionally in both client and team situations.
Differentiate and position the organization’s point of view and value proposition. Demonstrated experience working successfully in a fast-
paced, team environment. Promoting the organization’s additional financial products and services. Monitoring sales data and account performance.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Managers / Partners. Essential Qualifications and Professional Skills : Bachelor’s degree required, MBA in marketing would be an added advantage.
Should have experience working with services industry. Consistent successful sales experience and should have demonstrated high degree of ethics and integrity and a connection with the organizations’ corporate mission and values.
Outstanding record of achievement in the current position. High energy, positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit. Highly effective communication skills written, oral, group presentations.
Ability to inspire confidence and credibility over the phone. Ability to work as a collaborative team member in support of and conjunction with formal and informal team members.
Ability to multi-task effectively in a high-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt effectively to change. Ability to create and execute marketing and sales strategies within your territory to ensure continued and consistent outreach.
