Learning & Development Manager

In this role, you will provide training and development support for Heartists in the Hotel through researching, developing, implementing, administering and evaluating employee training and development activities.

What you will be doing :
Collaborates with management team to ensure departmental orientation processes are in place and Heartists receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job
Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget that is aligned with the hotel’s goals and strategic plan
Maintain an ongoing Training Calendar to ensure learning resources and opportunities are maximized .
Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all training activities within the hotel ·
Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to help identify training opportunities for their team members
Conduct and deliver engaging and interactive inductions
Assist the team to conduct engagement activities for the Heartists
Assist with the implementation of new policies, procedures, and standards
Your experience and skills include :
Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager in a reputed hotel brand
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
