  • Serving as the primary contact in fielding SEMchallenges, solving issues to achieve (and exceed) campaigngoals
  • Building and presenting concise programreadouts of performance towards key business metrics
  • Holistic SEM management including keywords development,ad creative & strategy, trafficking recommendations,optimizing programs towards key business goals andreporting
  • Actively participating in meetingsand proactively identifying campaign opportunities, challenges, andissues
  • Assimilating data from multiplesources, compiling the information and drawing actionableconclusions that can be measured and reported
  • Bid strategy optimization and testing.
  • Daily checks on program KPIs, thresholds and campaignbudget caps. Ongoing management of budget and pacing.
  • Translating campaign goals into strategic SEM tactics andeffectively executing those tactics against the companystrategy
  • Implementing Paid Search bestpractices, providing refinement and optimization recommendationsand proactively identifying campaign execution issues
  • Monitoring emerging industry trends and summarizing themfor internal and external stakeholders
  • Leveraging and developing proficiencies with SEMplatforms, tools and resources
  • Developingcampaign ad copy (text-based titles and descriptions or feed-basedimages) and tagging traffic or creative elements to sites percreative rotation instructions
  • Developperformance forecasts, budget allocations and providing adata-based rationale for these recommendations
  • Collaborating with both internal and externalpartners.
  • About You

  • At least 3 years of experience as an SEMSpecialist
  • Advanced skills within Google Ads,Google editor, and Bing Ads.
  • Advanced skillswithin 3rd Party tools such as DoubleClick, Search ad360
  • Experience within reporting tools such asGoogle Analytics, Adjust. Etc
  • Hands-on AppleSearch Ads
