  • To support the Lexus Service operations for all service related areas. Ensuring that we deliver customer excellence.
  • Working with the National Aftersales Manager in the development of a strategic plan for the business that develops the facilities and the associates using latest technology available to maximize the efficient running of our service business.
  • This person will be the ambassador of the Lexus brand within the Service function, and will ensure that Lexus service needs are being met and addressed at the right quality and in a timely manner.
  • This will be achieved through influencing other support departments to fully understand the significance of the Lexus position within AFM

  • The person in this role will be responsible for assisting and supporting the Lexus Service Division to achieve its sales & financial targets, whilst focusing on cost controls.
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Working to meet set objectives for the Lexus Service operations.
  • Working alongside the Service Managers to ensure standards are being maintained.
  • To liaise with NSD, AFM Standards, ISO9000, AAA to ensure all technical and Customer standards are met and followed up correctly and in a timely manner.
  • To become part of the Vehicle Launch Committee to ensure service are involved and ready to receive new product.
  • To work closely with the Service Mangers ensuring that Customer and Associate Survey's
  • New Build projects
  • New Workshop and reception technology
  • Ensuring that TMC warranty is followed properly but balanced with a more flexible approach to customer requirements unique to Lexus.
  • Responsible for driving Lexus revenue and profitability in coordination with the Lexus Aftersales Manager, Weekly monitoring of overall budgets Vs actuals to ensure all actions possible are taken in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for supporting the Lexus Product Team during new vehicle launch, technical investigations and Logistics.
  • To coordinate with the Lexus team during all new build projects.
  • Qualifications, Experience & Skills : Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge :

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Automotive Engineering
  • 10 years' experience, incl. 3 - 5 Years' experience with premium brands in a service manager role
  • Valid UAE driving license
