Acquire new business and deepen existing customer relationships for the specialty product family or customer segment handled.
Promoting the sales of various personal banking products in the allocated markets.
Achieving the sales targets agreed with the Direct Sales Manager.
Providing MIS & competitor feedback on a weekly basis.
Conducting promotional activities group meetings and road shows to achieve budgeted sales volumes. This is with respect to establishing company tie-
ups for selling credit cards / personal loans / mortgage.
Managing achievements of sales objectives by setting sales targets.
Sales budgeting during the annual budgeting process.
Presentation to prospective clients when the bank wants to have a tie-up.
Forecasting sales on a need based frequency.
University Degree or Equivalent
2 to 5 years of experience in selling banking products or in a financial industry.
