An Accounts Payable Clerk willfully support the Accounts Payable function within the Financedepartment by following procedures, understanding the purchasingsystem completely, and training others to use the system and followprocedures.

Description :

  • Maintain good communication and workingrelationships with all hotel areas
  • Attendfinance meetings, as required
  • Act inaccordance with fire, health and safety regulations and follow thecorrect procedures when required
  • Requirements :

  • Good time management and organisationskills
  • Passion for providing superior customerservice
  • Previous knowledge of the Birchstreetpurchasing system and / or PeopleSoft
  • Relevantdegree, in Accounting or related business discipline, from anacademic institution
