Google Ads Lead Generation Job Description

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical, creative, and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have exceptional skills in planning and executing ad strategies and thrive working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders.

He or she should have experience running Facebook campaigns. Experience in running marketing campaigns using other platforms.

Responsible for this role :

Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns mainly Google ADS.

  • Work closely with the Growth Lead and UX designer to plan the strategy, execution implement, and measure the business impact of Google ads.
  • Assists the Growth lead in creating an impactful marketing strategy to capture the company's target market through audience segmentation, a / b testing and conversion rate optimization.

    Coordinate with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create advertising materials

    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) while identifying new KPIs to grow revenue from acquisition channels.

    Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights

    Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies

    Monitor competitor activity across digital platforms

    Continued audience research + persona planning + discovery of current trends

    Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns Minimum Qualifications

    Configure event tracking via pixels or Google Analytics custom events to measure campaign results.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Writing Copy for Facebook Ads

    Creating some graphics for Facebook Ads

    Generating leads and sales using Facebook Ads

    Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.

    Craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.

    Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

    Testing variations of ads to determine the best performing

    Continuous monitoring of results and improving of ads

    Reporting of results of Facebook Campaigns

    Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.

    Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards, Google Analytics, and marketing analytics reports.

    Qualifications :

  • Proven working experience in social media marketing, lead generation
  • or as a Digital Media Specialist

  • Excellent knowledge of social media channels like Facebook, Twitter,
  • LinkedIn, Instagram, Snapchat.

  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, and email
  • campaigns and SEO / SEM

  • Perfect knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics,
  • NetInsight, WebTrends etc.)

  • Skills and experience in creative content writing
  • Digital marketing certification
  • Video editing skills will be an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinking
  • Degree in marketing or relevant field
