The Accounting Manager is responsible to ensure that daily operational cash management and management reporting functions within the Accounting Department are completed in a timely and accurate manner The Accounting Manager will prepare internal and external financial statements The Accounting Manager will have primary management responsibility to manage the Banking and Audit relationship and will oversee the annual audit The Accounting Manager will work closely and collaboratively with the Managing Director to develop enhance and to provide weekly and monthly management reports including efficiency and benchmarking reports The Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing the annual budget and providing monthly variance reports and other analysis The Accounting Manager should have a Retail or Hospitality background knowledgeable with POS Club Management Softwares The Accounting Manager will manage Accounts Payable Accounts Receivable Payroll and a other essential functions Manage the Banking and Audit relationships Perform month-

end close duties including the analysis of financial statement variances and the preparation of account reconciliations elimination entries and standard and non-

recurring journal entries Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements together with the accompanying management letter summarizing results and variances Prepare cash flow statements and cash flow analysis Lead the development of the annual budget Prepare period management reports In conjunction with the Senior Leadership team develop metrics to enhance the management of Company functions and operating activities Prepare the weekly cash management report and manage the cash activities of the Company including collections disbursements and vendor management Oversee the maintenance balancing and reconciliation of the general ledger to subsidiary journals Maintain knowledge of industry accounting practices and regulatory requirements that pertain to the Company Gain knowledge of industry or competitive performance benchmarks that can used for evaluation and decision making Participate in corporate wide projects and integrate changes into accounting policies reporting and procedures Maintain adherence to accounting policies and procedures establish and monitor key internal controls over financial reporting to ensure regulatory compliance Complete ad hoc reporting and analysis as assigned Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the company Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Marketing Business Solutions
