This role is to provide the Bank with experienced Relationship Management techniques capable of generating new business opportunities and handle existing credit relationships and / or specialized transactions.
The candidate, supported by small & medium Business ROs & CAs staff is responsible for profit & loss and Business volume set in his annual budget, his diversified portfolio comprises two major business lines borrowing & non borrowing, responsible of defining the market & segments to be targeted by his team.
Marketing new borrowing and / or non-borrowing relationships consistent with the Bank’s corporate mission and its financial objectives and undertakes the maintenance and expansion of existing relationships in a business-like manner.
Makes intelligent and responsible comments based on a thorough credit analysis, proper analysis of transaction risks / structure and prudent banking sense in strict conformity with the delegations and discipline stipulated in the Credit Policy and Procedure Manual.
Prices and structures business opportunities to meet legitimate customer needs and the Bank’s objectives.
Monitors the adequacy, quality and profitability of relationship.
Co-ordinates and encourages the introduction to customers of all functional and / or special areas of the Bank to increase the breadth, scope and quality of the relationship.
Ensures the existence, validity and legality of all requisite facility, loan and account documentation, security documentation and collateral deemed necessary to secure / protect the Bank’s position in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Credit’ approvals
Is directly responsible for obtaining documentation, correcting deficiencies and maintaining the highest possible documentation quality standards.
Recommends in timely manner the referral for remedial action for any credit or other situation where the Bank is at risk of financial loss arising from adverse business, customer or service quality developments.
Recommends and concurs all credit application for customers related to his portfolio

Skills and Qualifications :
5 years of experience in the financial services industry, in marketing, Service and credit functions
Technical Skills : Credit Appraisal Skills, Financial analysis / quantitative skills, Awareness of Market and Industry trends;
Knowledge of Internal Banking Processes, Banking product knowledge including trade, cash management and treasury.
