Major Role :

Manage existing client base and identify, evaluate ,develop and profile new business opportunities and clients within the GCC and International markets to promote and expand the market share of the company.

Develop strategic alliances with International Companies with the objective to strengthen the companys chances of prequalifying and succeeding in winning new contracts.

Develop and maintain data base of new tenders, opportunities and clients within the GCC,and ensure that the company is registered / pre-

qualified.To maintain commercial direction and budgets set in the companys strategic sales plan by ensuring that budgeted sales forecasts are achieved.

Min Requirements :

15 years experience gained within the Facilities Management,Building Maintenance industry,especially where the main focus is in Business Development.

Good understanding of resources,methods and processes required to deliver a wide range of Operation & Maintenance Services.

Technical and commercial ability to solve problems encountered during evaluation of RFPs,Tenders and clarifications from clients.

Good capabilities in financial and contractual matters. Pls note that this position is only open for Arabs Salary : Negotiable Interested candidates may forward your resumes.
