1. Be responsible for product marketing TikTok performance ads in MENAT (Middle East, North Africa and Turkey) markets2.
Deeply understands the features of performance advertising products; promote product operation plans focusing on revenue and performance as well as the needs of advertisers, and be responsible for growth and revenue.
3. Monitor, research and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities4. Working with regional sales team and client solution team to identify market opportunities and client requirements.
5. Working with product managers to plan and design our future product lines.Qualifications1. Bachelor's degree or above.
New MBA graduates are encouraged to apply.2. 5-7 years of hands on and in-depth experience running performance digital advertising campaigns demonstrating ROI.
3. Experience in a performance based advertiser, performance agency or digital advertising tech company.4. Experience putting together pitches, proposals, and B2B communications that bring TikTok advertising products to life.
5. A commercial mindset with experience building business cases from market research and analysis.6. Familiar with MENAT Internet advertising, especially the performance advertising market.
7. Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in Arabic or Chinese a plus.8. Strong communication skills, logical thinking ability, good teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism.
9. Courage to challenge, and ability to adjust in a rapidly changing business; insightful and good at independent thinking.
