Job Role : After Sales Marketing - Automotive

Responsibilities : Strategic :

Strategic :

  • Assist the Chief Marketing Officer in formulating annual plans and budgets to meet the strategic objectives of Aftersales Marketing.
  • Assist the Chief Marketing Officer in monitoring the implementation of the Aftersales Marketing annual plans and measuring the achievements of results against budgets and objectives and recommend corrective measures as appropriate.
  • Recommend annual marketing strategy such as promotions, public campaigns, loyalty programs, social media campaigns, etc.
  • Operational :

  • Monitor and analyze the current service, parts and accessories data (Sales figures, NPS etc.) to create strategies to increase customer retention, gross profit.
  • Monitor research activities to determine program concepts / opportunities for service, parts and accessories marketing.
  • Establish and develop the designs and produce service marketing promotional programs.
  • Monitor the design and execution of special marketing surveys with market research team.
  • Review and evaluate campaigns, in order to measure the efficiency of marketing plans and recommend corrective actions accordingly.
  • Negotiate and oversee execution of contract terms and service level agreements for outsourced marketing activities with service providers, such as advertising agencies, suppliers, etc.
  • Monitor field staff to obtain feedback and provide information on After Sales Marketing Programs.
  • Review the marketing campaigns designs in order to recapture the lost volume of sales based on the market conditions and volume of targeted customers.
  • Review the public campaigns designs in order to increase the customer awareness about the company's quality service, genuine parts and accessories.
  • Monitor the Loyalty programs design based on the market conditions and customer characteristics in order to ensure customer retention.
  • Review the database for the Loyalty programs.
  • Monitor the customer information updation process. Create action plan to improve the accuracy of customer information.
  • Review and resolve issues that could have positive or negative PR / legal impact from social media related to after sales division.
  • People Management :

  • Identify, set and agree on KPIs and objectives.
  • Prepare performance planning (PP) and conduct performance appraisal (PA) and PP / PA interviews including employee development plans and counsel employees on career progression opportunities and approve training requests.
  • Recommend employee promotions, salary adjustments, disciplinary actions and approve vacation and overtime.
  • Identify staffing needs, participate in interviewing panels and take hiring decisions.
  • Maintain and promote staff motivation by addressing employee grievances promptly and escalating when necessary and enforcing fair and equitable compliance with Group policies and procedures.
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and presentations.
  • Document and maintain records of activities and process workflows on internal communication portals.
  • Adhere to policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as requested by management.
