Professional Services Sales Experience 1 Sales Experience in engineering construction technical environments would be preferable 2 Online Customer Research Telephonic Lead Generation and Lead Conversion experience 3 Needs to have the soft skills for face to face sales and client meetings intros 4 Personality Must be an extrovert and enjoy communicating and developing business relationships with new people 5 Age Preferred age group 25 to 40 6 Gender Females Preferred7 Computer skills needs to be familiar with Excel and Word to a beginner level with an aptitude for average advanced learning training Objectives of the function 1 Understanding and assisting in development of the organization s sales strategy 2 Achieving sales targets while following established corporate business processes maintain all required documentation and meeting established sales strategy guidelines3 Developing Managing and Maintaining Client relationshipsKPA s 1 Developing Opportunities1 New Lead Generation via online and offline means2 Arranging a threshold number of meetings with relevant contacts3 Preparation of accurate prospective background information KYC4 Maintaining pre sales documentation and reporting5 Maintaining a follow up regime for existing contacts as defined by corporate business process 2 Creation of DRAFT Standard Proposals using Microsoft Word and Excel which require minimal modification and proof reading to be finalized 3 Managing Operational Administration for AUH Sales department by updating and reviewing with the Line Manager the Core Task list shown below4 Control manage the client correspondence documents in an organized fashion that is easily accessible in your absence Key Roles Responsibilities New Lead Generation 1 Regularly generate and maintain the database of prospective clients irrespective of need instruction Manage existing client database identify evaluate develop new business opportunities within Abu Dhabi and the UAE 2 Prospect Database to be generated performing searches on the internet directories weekly Monthly magazines networking references market research direct indirect etc 3 Secure a minimum number of appointments each week by executing all required efforts including making a minimum number of cold calls each day and initiating contacts through various online and offline methods 4 Create accurate KYC documentation containing key information about the client their needs and identify potential sales opportunities5 Provide line managers with detailed information about each meeting including time location prospect contact details KYC document etc 6 Log all communications and maintain updated CRM data 7 Conduct follow ups with line management to ensure follow on steps are taken by involved parties once a lead has been generated Converting Prospects into Clients 1 If required by line management visit and meet prospects to convince them to use Brentford s services 2 Ensure that the meeting strategy and objectives are agreed with Line Management prior to meeting with the prospect 3 Prepare and or gather all necessary collateral digital and hardcopy to present to prospects in support of the sales effort 4 Document all meetings via meeting minutes in Brentford s prescribed format within 24 hours of meeting Share such minutes with Line Management prior to sharing them with the prospect Active Follow up on all new old existing leads 1 Ensuring that all contacts who are not current clients are contacted at least once every month telephonically and or with emails 2 Actively following up with all prospective clients through e mail personal visits minutes of the meeting etc 3 Develop indirect follow up strategies and have them approved by line management Strategies may include online efforts such as Linkedin Groups and or sharing pertinent articles etc or off line efforts such as gatherings etc Sourcing new business from existing clients 1 Maintain regular interaction with all existing clients2 Pro active approach in sourcing the new opportunity and directing to the Account Manager3 Regular follow ups on all new requirements internally as well as externally with clientsManaging overall documentation for Sales department 1 Providing administrative support to Sales team2 Day to day administrative support as directed by HOD 3 Maintaining the standard filing systemManaging Operational Administration for Sales department 1 Dealing with inbound telephone calls pertaining to Sales2 Supporting Sales team which includes managing schedules creating sales documents generating reports related to sales activities as well as handling customers and prioritizing customer requests to name a few3 Compile documents correspondences such as emails reports etc Control manage the client correspondence documents Preparing Maintaining Business processes 1 Responsible to plan execute and document all the BD processes as shown in the core tasks 2 To
