  • About the Job : An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated UAE National to join Burj Al Arab. Structure of the Program : 1st Year The Jumeirah National Youth Program would offer classes and training for the high school graduates and will be structured as follows;
  • Week 1 - Orientation week - where the candidates will learn about Jumeirah Group and visit Jumeirah properties in Dubai.
  • Weeks 2 to 13 A 12 week induction program consisting of 3 days in hotel operations (Sunday to Tuesday inclusive with work experience in Housekeeping, Maintenance, HSE, Sports and Leisure, Accounting, and Breakfast Service) and 2 days of studies in the Emirates Academy (Wednesday and Thursday).
  • Kindly note that the academic sessions will be split as follows;
  • Wednesday AM English Language training
  • Wednesday PM Mix of EAHM sessions on the Hospitality Industry and internal Jumeirah speaker series sessions / training curriculum courses
  • Thursday AM English Language
  • Thursday PM EAHM sessions on the Hospitality Industry
  • Upon completion of the first 12 weeks, the candidates will spend the rest of the year working fulltime in several operational departments in Burj Al Arab using the skills they have learnt at Emirates Academy.

  • This will be a rotation program as follows;
  • Service one and CID 4 weeks
  • Reservations 4 weeks
  • Sales and Events 2 weeks
  • Front Office and Concierge 2 weeks
  • Transportation 1 week
  • Club Lounge, Business Centre, Guest Relations 4 weeks
  • Advanced Front Office Systems 1 week
  • Front Desk Procedures 17 weeks
  • Qualifications

    About You : In order to be considered for this role, you must have Educated to High School Degree and Secondary School Certificate.

    You must be between the ages of 18 - 21 years and has less than two years of workexperience.You must takes initiative and works through obstacles, taking personal responsibility for results.
