Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong marketing and selling skills is required
Complete knowledge and clear understanding of Bank’s policy
Awareness of various financial products / services
Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to manage, lead, motivate, and monitor people
Leadership and management capabilities
Bachelor degree with minimum sales / marketing experience of 10+ years. MBA is preferred
