About the Role :

An opportunity has arisen for a Coordinator to join our Learning and Development in Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are :

  • To conduct Training Needs Analysis as and when applicable and design training courses to address the training needs
  • To monitor and effectively conduct training courses that meet individual, departmental and organizational needs
  • To conduct language assessments to address challenges with effective communication (English language).
  • To ensure the efficient development of Task Trainers
  • To regularly assess and monitor the effectiveness of departmental training and departmental trainers.
  • To maintain a thorough understanding of training course content.
  • To ensure all correspondence, materials and practices support the achievement of the Jumeirah Vision & Mission.
  • To set-up training locations to create an environment conducive to learning
  • Sets the agenda for Departmental Trainers’ Meetings and releases the Meeting Minutes
  • To run the Guest service modules as per the dates in the training calendar
  • About you :

    The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications :

  • College Diploma or Equivalent in a hospitality related field
  • Time management efficiency
  • Communication skills
  • Analytical skills
  • Influencing skills
  • Microsoft Package Software Proficiency
  • Hotel Software skills
  • At least 2 years experience in a similar role
