  • Is aware of and abides by allhotel policies, procedures & relevantlegislations
  • Ensures all directions arefollowed out at the request of any level of SeniorManagement.
  • Ensure compliance with Accorminimum standards pertaining to Sales &Marketing.
  • Maintaining existing corporateaccounts and sourcing new business to achieve the hotel’stargeted occupancy and room revenue.
  • Conductsales calls to existing and prospective leisure / corporate accountsas per areas assigned by DOS.
  • Maintenance ofall sales activities and account information in the SalesDatabase.
  • In conjunction with the Sales Team,preparation and action of monthly sales activities plan.
  • Entertaining of qualified clients within the hotelF&B Outlets.
  • Attend and assist in theco-ordination of hotel functions as requested by DOS.
  • Conduct site inspections and host familiarization visitswhen required.
  • Attend monthly review meetingswith DOSto discuss results versus goals in the annual sales callplan and company sales strategy.
  • To beflexible to carry out other duties and assignments as requested bythe DOS.
  • Your experience and skillsinclude :
  • Strong interpersonal skills and aproven track record in managing and motivating people
  • Excellent knowledge of Dubai, UAE salesmarket.
  • Excellent communication &negotiation skills.
  • Your team and workingenvironment :
