Understand, and Analyse LETTER OF CREDIT TRADE FINANCE BACKGROUND specifically in dealing with LC’s. HANDLE receivables and payables correctly and accurately.
Monthly closings and preparation of Monthly Financial Statements. Prepare journal entries and P and L in a timely manner.
Prepare ANALYSIS of accounts as requested. PREPARE year-end closings Prepare Budgets and Forecasts Assist with preparation and coordination of the Audit Process (Year end and periodically) Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
Review and process expense reports Monitor and resolve bank issues including fee anomalies and check differences. Maintain accurate financial record and reconcile funds.
Providing various periodical reports to include budget variance, cash flow, accounts receivable and accounts payable. Recommending to the Chairman any steps necessary to correct.
Budgetary variances during the year so that the budgeted targets can be met. Reporting regularly to the Manager / Owner on relevant financial matters.
