Minimum of aBachelor’s degree, 5 years work experience as a HRManager or similar role within the UAE 10 years work experience (5years within the UAE with a contracting company).
Experience ofdefining, implementing and managing HR policies and procedures,including appraisal systems, job descriptions etc.
Experience inusing HR systems. Must include Excel and demonstrable skills indatabase management and record keeping. General knowledge of UAEemployment laws and practices.
Excellent English oral and writtencommunication skills (Arabic skills would be beneficial).Demonstrable organizational, interpersonal and coaching skillsExperience managing individuals within ateam.
