To manage administrationand communication in the Associate Provost office between theAssociate Provost and faculty, staff, and students.

To assureinquiries and requests for documents and records are addressedefficiently and to coordinate the Associate Provost’sschedule, support all projects and activities and ensure deadlinesare met.

To document all activities in the office for storage andretrieval.

Minimum Qualificationand Education

Essential : Bachelor’sdegree.

Required Knowledge andSkills

  • Highlycomputer proficient with extensive demonstrated experience innumerous programs.
  • Excellent knowledge andproven experience in word processing and spreadsheetmanipulation.
  • Extensive experience andexpertise in organizing information and settingpriorities.
  • Experience in setting scheduledappointments and expertise in assuring that priorities arecompleted in a timely manner.
  • Excellent andproven communication, organizational, interpersonal andproblem-solving skills. Experience working successfully withnumerous people with varied expectations for workquality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word,Excel, Power Point and Outlook) is a must; Preferred experience inonline graphic programs for program advertisement.
  • Excellent communication skills in English both spoken andwritten are mandatory.
  • Strong officemanagement skills.
  • Work Experience

    Minimum 2- 4 years' experience in theSecretarial / Administration field; experience in a high stressenvironment managing numerous responsibilitiessimultaneously.

    Languageproficiency required

  • Essential : Fluentin English
  • Desirable : Fluentin Arabic
