Manage FM Service providers and ensure that client expectations are met.
Manage various renovation works and ensure that they are delivered within time and budget.
Evaluate civil technical submissions.
Support the client section head and department manager in any AD-hoc requests.
Implement contractual KPI’s & SLA’s on contractors and service providers.
Maintain good response time to client needs.
Prepare scope of works renovation and up-gradation works.
Supervise the preventive and reactive civil works within the client portfolio.
Evaluate the served provider performance.
Ability to handle fast track minor projects.
Coordinate with serval internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Identify the risk factor in the ongoing project and eliminate them.
Informs themselves of the relevant Quality, Environmental, Safety and Occupational Health Policies, Manuals and Procedures in place within Hill International, and ensures continued compliance with these requirements while employed by Hill.
Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager / supervisor.
B.Sc. Degree in Civil Engineering.
10 years' experience in a related field of which 5 years are in a similar capacity in the FM environment.
Understanding of local market and knowledge of contractors and vendors.
Understanding of FM contracts.
