Eurostar Communications

A leading Satellite Hardware, Consumer Electronics, Pay TV, I.T. Distribution and Real Estate Company based in United Arab Emirates and operating out of various countries worldwide and have embarked upon a massive growth plan across the globe, we are presently looking for candidates for the following position to be based at Dubai.

Position : Adminstration Manager

Location of Job Dubai - United Arab Emirates

Job Description :

  • Supervision & control of Administration functions handling complete facilities, infrastructure set up & maintenance and coordinating with architects for interiors for the same.
  • Handling complete administration of the organization, office & assets management, look after discipline matters.
  • Prepare lease agreemenst new / renewals
  • Ensure effective maintenance of large sized facilities including infrastructure, buildings, HVAC / power systems and guesthouse
  • Budgeting & expenditure control preparation of budgets for the department
  • Travel, hotel budgets control monitor travel policies liaison with auditors

    • Desired Candidate's Profile

    Profile

  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in general administration -Skills with administration, government relations, personnel and support services is a must -

    • Excellent English both written and verbal -Qualified and experienced in UAE will be given preference

    EducationBasic - Intermediate School

    Nationality Indian
