Functional responsibility : Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), Bidding, commercial training to Commercial team.
Support the regional team to drive commercial and business excellence areas by implementation and improvement of SFE, bidding, commercial training, market deep dive research and analytics, field force development and multichannel activities to increase top and bottom line results via optimized resource allocation and upgrade of customer engagement initiatives.
Act as business partner to the business segments in design, planning and implementation of commercial processes, projects and initiatives to maximize business impact in all Business Units across the Countries.
Ensure effective communication of strategy, guidance and best practice and provide supportive deployment materials;
Lead and support LivaNova initiatives spanning growth strategy and operational excellence by directly scoping, initiating, planning, executing, controlling and closing strategy projects;
Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance;
Deliver clear guidance of International SFE & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy to the region for in line brands.
Interface with International in relation to CRM design, roll out and maintenance.
Sales Force Effectiveness :
Manage delivery of accessible sales data on regular basis to commercial functions to inform on progress and strategy;
Develop key capabilities in data management, interpretation and strategic implementation;
Develop a strong collaborative relationship to understand regional issues and provide support to them through strategic guidance, tools and best practice to maximize the impact and efficiency of sales resource in the region;
Establish job function of sales analytics to drive performance for the region;
Establish and maintain performance dashboards in commercial for the region.
Collaborate with sales, marketing and distributors to provide the bidding strategies;
Develop bidding related activities in the region, provide strategic thinking and advice to the bidding team.
Secure upgrading and upskilling of all customer-facing functions;
Develop training modules to increase clinical, analytic, customer oriented and leadership competencies.

Critical role impacting the commercial and business excellence of the regional business;
Key driver in delivery of regional SFE, Bidding and Training strategic goals.

University degree in relevant business management, data analysis, project management, MBA is preferred.
English : excellent spoken & written;
Fluency in another language will be considered a plus.
Experience / Professional requirement
Minimum 5 years working experience in healthcare industry;
Minimum 3 years proven and relevant work experience as a strategic business manager, or Business Development (BD) manager, or relevant role;
Minimum 1 year SFE / market research experience;
Experience in leading strategy planning to support the executives in healthcare industry
Sales experience is an advantage;
Skills of profound market and competitor analysis;
Strength of analytical skills and high learning agility;
Ability to deliver strategic planning, strategic analysis, due diligence and drive execution across the business;
Affinity with CRM and IT systems;
Ability to prioritize;
Ability to manage internal & external stakeholders with patience and appropriate assertiveness;
