Job Duties :

  • Updates jobknowledge by participating in educational opportunities; readingprofessional publications maintaining personal networks;
  • participating in professional organizations.

  • Enhancesdepartment and organization reputation by accepting ownership foraccomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunitiesto add value to job accomplishments.
  • Implement,coordinate and schedule training
  • Apply learningprinciples to help design and assist in developing training thatbest fits the needs of the audience and content
  • Assist withdesigning and developing exercises, tutorials, job aids, andassessments.
  • Monitor allassessment, survey, and operational data and perform ongoing needsanalysis
  • Support and driveuse of our internal KnowledgeBase. Requirements :
  • Experienceadministering and managing new hire training programs, continuingeducation programs
  • Demonstratedexperience developing job aids, online tutorials and / or othertraining materials.
  • Excellentcommunication skills and editing for the purpose of knowledgetransfer and skill development.
  • Excellentcoordination, project management, and organization skills.
  • Ability touse multiple learning methods and link appropriate methods with thesubject matter.
