ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES The candidate is required to greet clients, answer phones and taking messages. To perform various front desk roles including filing, handling and re-directing mail.
Shall receive, sort letters, packages and distribute them accordingly. Providing required information and resolving clients and staff inquiries.
The candidate is responsible for scheduling examinations by coordinating appointments. Monitoring office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Responsible for maintaining electronic and hard copy filing system of the company. JOB REQUIREMENTS The candidate must have a high School diploma.
Should have good knowledge of office management systems and procedures. Excellent knowledge of MS Office package. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload. BENEFITS Salary 3500 AED.
