Employment Full Time Lead the department manage and motivate the representatives to ensure a high standard of service Be an expert on the company policy and system Manage customer and other external inquiries Impose the the internal company and compliance policy daily monitoring of online noncomplaint pages and material and report Maintain a consistent focus on quality improvement in all areas of work and implement best practice Update the concerned trackers and documents for management review Communicate with the US management team REQUIREMENTS Fluent in Arabic and English Proactive flexible patient and a team player with can do attitude Service minded with strong communication skills Prior experience as Customer Service Manager is a must
