Description

The Public Health Research Center (PHRC) at NYU Abu Dhabi is seeking a Research Assistant for the UAE Healthy Future Study : a large cohort study in the GCC region aimed at recruiting 20,000 Emirati National adults to study health outcomes related to cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity.

Position duties require performing genetic and functional genomic experiments. Experimental duties include experimental work in the laboratory, organizing databases and assist in different research projects.

The candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills with a high level of proficiency in English and the ability to work effectively in a team as well as individually.

This position is not located in the United States. You must be willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
