Job Role : Head of DigitalTransformation
Key RoleResponsibilities :
Innovate and conceptualize new features, products andservices for mobile banking.
Identify andexecute strategic partnerships to acquire compelling content,features, and online tools that support theorganization’s strategy aligned with multi-channels andbusiness plans.
Lead projects forimplementation of new initiatives for digital mobilebanking.
Increase the internet and mobilebanking revenue and also identify and develop new sources ofrevenue.
Increase integration betweenchannels, keep a consistent and seamless customer experiencethrough all channels.
Improve cross-selling ina wide range of organization’s retailproducts.
Formulate marketing plans to promoteinternet & mobile banking products and oversee allmarketing campaigns.
Monitoring customersatisfaction, service availability and channel performance, revenuegeneration, budget utilization and getting actions to be able to bemeet targets and department KPIs.
Interfacewith project managers to ensure programs are executing withinbudget and timelines.
