immediately hiring) We are a Tourism and Rent a Car Company located in Dubai looking for a Filipina Secretary Duties : - Greeting walk in guest / clients and offering drinks - Answering inquiries in person, by phone or email - Visa typing, Hotel Booking and Ticketing, Filling and arranging documents for records - Doing Daily Report and Account Summary, Sending Last day and overstay reminder - Petty Cash, Cash Handling, Making invoice, statement of account, Bank Deposit, Collecting Payment, Sending Invoices, Bookkeeping, Tallying, Processing Tax Invoice - Making sure the office is clean and tidy.

Giving professional ambiance - Making contract for car rental, input contract in RTA system - Other additional duties given by the Manager Looking for : - Hard working - Great at multi-tasking - Fast Learner - Can work under pressure - Knowledgeable for computer use and fast typer - Knows how to use Microsoft Word, Excel, Paint - Flexible Job Type : Full-time Salary : AED2,500.

00 to AED3,000.00 / month Experience :
