required to do Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office Communications with stakeholders Carries out administrative duties such as filing typing copying binding scanning etc Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone email and any other means Supports team by performing tasks related to organisation and strong communication Maintain an orderly admin office Solid memory to schedule meetings and appointments and followup remindersAlways taking notes organising ideas and creating connections Document controller with very high literacy in using computer Preparing documents for meetings and business trips Finding ways to improve administrative processes Creative by nature Any other tasks assigned by the Management
