ResponsibilitiesSet and selfdrive an international expansion roadmap and corresponding revenue targets.Develop and implement the companys global business strategy and organizational structure to launch and sustain growth in the current and new territories globally.
Direct and manage the global expansion project timeline according to the stablished plan and budget.Fulfil the international sales targets ensuring operational consistency and best practices in driving revenue client satisfaction and operating margin growth.
Explore on all aspects of building executing and sustaining into new territories by supplying and delivering the companys products.
Including but not limited to implementation of channel strategy strategic partnerships and execution with some of the biggest marine contractors consultants and distributors on each territory qualify to add these big companies to our key customers list.
Work with the Head of Marketing to increase market penetration and deliver profitable growth develop and maintain global partners.
Drive teamwork and communication and be a point of escalation to support partners globally with support management.Serves an International voiceofsale and voiceofcustomer for setting company strategy and direction in collaboration with functional leaders.
Analyse and report on key drivers impacting top to bottom line performance in each territory covered present regular updates to the Sales Director.
