Proven track record with hands on experience in handling large workforce. multitasking and able to meet deadlines.

Responsible for performing administrative, clerical and sales support duties as well as providing support to the organization by assisting in daily office needs.

Professionally answering and directing phone calls.

Performing clerical functions such as : preparing and distributing emails, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, correspondence, memorandums, letters, faxes and forms.

Supporting the pro in preparing the required documents for new applications and renewals as well as other government / labor related works.

Preparation of administrative reports

Assisting employees to resolve their queries / concerns that related to the admin role.

Doing data entry in the system

Preparing and maintaining important financial reports

Preparing tax returns and ensuring that taxes are paid properly and on time

Evaluating financial operations to recommend best-practices, identify issues and strategize solutions, and help organizations run efficiently

Offering guidance on cost reduction, revenue enhancement, and profit maximization

Conducting forecasting and risk analysis assessments.

Knowledge in Tally ERP9 would be appreciated.
