Responsibilities and essential job functionsinclude but are not limited to the following :
Consistently offer professional, friendly and proactive guestservice while supporting fellow Colleagues.
Ensure allkitchen Colleagues are aware of standards and expectations.
Supervise the Outlet kitchen in the preparation andpresentation of all food items in accordance with thehotel's SOPs and standardized menu guidelines
Follow kitchen policies, procedures and service standards.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling foodand beverage.
Other duties as assigned.
Previous leadershipexperience in the culinary field required
PreviousIndian Cuisine Experience
Proven track record of costcontrol including food, equipments, labour and wastage to meet thegoals and the hotel's financial goals
Computerliterate in Microsoft Window applications required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to workwell under pressure in a fast paced environment
Abilityto work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focusattention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at alltimes
