Our company is looking for a professionalFront Desk Clerk to oversee all receptionist and secretarial dutiesat our main entrance desk.
You will perform a range of dutiesincluding answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, andmaintaining the office budget.
Your central goal is to provide ourclients with outstanding customer service and support. As the face’ of our company, the successful candidatewill be presentable and friendly, with outstandingpeople’s skills.
You should have a talent formulti-tasking, with excellent communication and organizationalskills. Responsibilities : Greet guests and provide them with superbcustomer service.
Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, andequipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, andpaper. Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
Redirectphone calls to the appropriate department and take down messages.Accept all letters and packages, and distribute them to theirappropriate departments.
Monitor, organize and forward emails.Track and order office equipment and supplies. Maintain records andfiles. Oversee the office budget.
Requirements : High school diplomaor relevant qualification. A minimum of 2 years’ provenexperience in a similar role. Good understanding of officeadministration and basic bookkeeping practices.
Superb written andverbal communication skills. Excellent organizational andmulti-tasking abilities. Strong knowledge of MS Officeprograms.
