2 Ensure consistent adherence andcompliance to operational procedures, processes, quality standardsand optimum upkeep of spa facilities.
3 Meettreatment and retail revenue targets set by topmanagement.
4 Co-operate, support and assistseniors and fellow team members to achieve consistent maximum guestsatisfaction through the delivery of a flawless spajourney.
5 Responsible for ensuring highlevels of hygiene, safety standards and order within the designatedcabin and stores, taking care to operate, clean and storeequipment, products and tools appropriately and as per sanitaryrequirements.
6 Responsible for ensuring andmaintaining a consistent supply of cabin stock at sufficient levelsfor the execution of treatments on offer in designated cabin whilemaintaining waste to a minimum.
7 Activelypromote and encourage spa / club service & retail offeringsthrough up-selling, cross selling, and assist with planning andimplementation of promotions, packages, guest acquisition andretention initiatives.
