  • Contact potential clients through calls, emails, etc. and sell investments to direct leads provided by the company.
  • Prepare and present business proposals to convince clients and secure / close the deal
  • Monitor the property market to watch out for new and old properties up for sale
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of government housing / property laws and policies
  • Evaluate the objectives of an investor to identify their needs and requirements.
  • Conduct surveys to obtain data which provides information regarding profitable property investments.
  • Give clients recommendations and advice on appropriate property investments to make.
  • Maintain a database of commercial, industrial, and residential properties available on the property market
  • Develop and implement strategies effective in increasing the value of a property.
  • Conduct price negotiations with clients to reach a favorable bargain.
  • Ability to plan and create convincing solutions to client problems.
  • Skills

    Qualifications / Skills :

  • In-depth knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and buyer's psychology.
  • Ability to communicate and persuade clients from different cultural and financial backgrounds while adhering to professional ethics.
  • Skilled in using the latest tools and computer applications used in a business setting for communication, research, reporting, and database management.
  • Can easily face the most challenging and intriguing situations with relative ease and achieve desired results in the assigned deadline.
  • Ability to develop and maintain cordial relations with coworkers and clients.
  • Passionate to outperform and deliver perfection on a consistent basis.
  • Must possess excellent skill in closing the deals.
