Job Purpose This role will be responsible for lead and sales generation activities in different countries for both B2B and B2C Activities include setting of appointments and following up on potential sales and queries The main objective is to meet sales targets Duties and Responsibilities Business Generation Coldcall and direct email prospective and existing customers Develop customer database Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and followup calls Sales Communicate and reply to customers through the company chatting tool to complete the sales process Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and needs Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities Direct prospects and leads to the Sales Team when needed Explain products and services Take inbound calls and place orders Upsell products and services Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients Record and process sales in the system Customer Service AfterSale Resolve customer issues about orders or payment information Followup on orders delivered Answer any product queries or give basic technical guidance Administration and Record Keeping Keep records and notes of communications and sales Maintain customer database Reporting Communication Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily weekly and monthly basis Communicate and send order reports Account Management Build and maintain strong longlasting client relationships Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Develop new business with existing clients and or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics e g quarterly sales results and annual Prepare reports on account status Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Other Maintains quality service by following organization standards Maintains technical knowledge by staying abreast with new product offerings
