Your job will include, but not limited to the following :
Oversees several continual control and learning processes : communicating the strategy, reviewing operations & strategy, managing strategic initiatives, and sharing best practices.
The candidate will be the logistical task master of the process; scheduling meetings, tackling results, ensuring the distribution of materials, and executing with executive owners.
BS Degree in Business Administration or equivalent (with background in Project Management).
8 to 10 years experience in strategic business planning, preferably, in a related industry where Balanced Scorecard was used to monitor performance.
Has very good knowledge of written and spoken English and Arabic.
Proficient in report writing with advanced presentation skills; adept in the use of related software.
Has a good knowledge of the business Capable of conceptual and strategic thinking.
A self starter, a good communicator, works well in teams, able to set priorities, and effective as a change agent.
