You’ll be responsible for supporting assessment related activities such as psychometric test administration, assessment design, scheduling and data analysis
You’ll work with the Assessment Managers to enhance the organisation’s ability to meet strategic objectives through the design and delivery of assessment initiatives
You’ll conduct research to help identify new innovative processes and approaches to drive continuous improvement in the delivery of high quality assessment and development practices
You’ll support the evaluation of assessment initiatives to understand the validity and reliability of assessment tools and practices being implemented
You’ll produce reports related to assessment activities and outcomes through analyzing and collating information
You’ll be educated to a Degree Level in Psychology or HR Management
You should have at least 2 years’ experience within HR
Advanced computer skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
