Job Description : Oracle Taleo Techno FunctionOracle Consultant : -
Work closelywith key HR, Payroll, and finance business users to understandrequirements and resolve issues around existing HR / Payrollprocesses.
Work with users to coordinate theimplementation of any new HRMS / payroll functionality, processes orbusiness requirements.
Experience withrequirement analysis, design implementation, testing anddeployment.
Coordinate and participate insystem testing for enhancements and projects.
Coordinate with team to maintain appropriate user guidesand other training materials; conduct new user,'refresher'
training and advance trainingcourses.
Work with developers to design andtest extensions to the Oracle Applications, primarily in developingadditional reports and interfaces.
Workclosely with the rest of the ERP support team to enhance theirfunctional understanding of the system.
Workwith Oracle Support and hosting provider to resolveissues
Extensive Taleo experience .
Support experience working with Taleo Passport vendorsrelated to e-verify, Drug testing, assessment etc.
Experience with Taleo Business intelligent and TaleoConnect Clint is a must
Must be a thoughtleader and should be able to architect a thoroughrecruiting / onboarding solution
ExcellentCommunication Skills required
Analyzing,designing, developing, integrating, and supporting the Taleoplatform for the HR team’s recruiting an onboardingefforts
Evaluating and solving businesschallenges of the client and making recommendations forchanges
Integrating new features and solutionsto the platform
Partnering with recruiting,onboarding and Business intelligent team to optimize theplatform
Knowledge, Skills andAbilities Required :
5+ years of"hands-on" experience with the Oracle HRMS with acombination of functional and technical experience. With at least 3full implementations.
Experience in anenvironment with an "in-house" Oracle HRMS is aplus with a proven experience in both an implementation and postproduction support role.
Solid skills in allof the following modules are essential (Human Resources, SelfService, Payroll, Time and Labor, Taleo).
Experience with Oracle workflow, AME and fastformula.
HRMS personalization, Core andSS.
Experience in working in a global HRMSenvironment with multi business group, multiple operating units,organizations, currencies, etc.
Excellentunderstanding of HRMS related table and API's.
Good technical knowledge in SQL, PL / SQL.
Experience creating reports in Discoverer.
Knowledge in statutory and regulatory requirements ofUAE.
Exceptional ability to diagnose and solvesystem problems while maintaining professionalism andcourtesy.
Adaptable and resourceful, capableof working under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines with limitedresources.
Proven interpersonal skills;ability to work productively and professionally with any level ofbusiness and technical resources.
Self-starterand strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcomeissues, and effectively communicate project timelines fordeliverable and resources.
Strongdocumentation skills including AIM / ABF methodologies.Assertive withstrong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to interact effectively with other areas ofmanagement.
System administration (responsibilities, Menus, Functions, Users and HRMS securityprofile).
Bachelor’s degree inrelated field
Background in HR, recruiting,onboarding, OBI and TCC
Experience in the publicsector is a plus.
Exposure and understandingof Oracle Applications Framework.
Goodunderstanding of Oracle HRMS security model.
Exposure to HRMS DBI is a plus.
