  • Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records,financial statements, and other financial reports to assessaccuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and proceduralstandards

  • Advise management aboutissues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, and theassumptions underlying budget forecasts
  • Provide internal auditing services for thebusinesses
  • Appraise, evaluate, and inventoryreal property and equipment, recording information such as thepropertys description, value, and location
  • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries bycompiling and analyzing account information
  • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accountingoptions
  • Summarizes current financial status bycollecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and lossstatement, and other reports
  • Maintainsaccounting controls
  • Reconciles financialdiscrepancies by collecting and analyzing accountinformation
  • Secures financial information bycompleting data base backups
  • Maintainsfinancial security by following internal controls
  • Prepares payments by verifying documentation, andrequesting disbursements
  • Answers accountingprocedure questions by researching and interpreting accountingpolicy and regulations
  • Prepares specialfinancial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing accountinformation and trends

  • 3+ yearsAccounting experience in real estate or similar level
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting
  • CPA isa plus
  • Must be highly detail oriented andorganized
  • Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with a customer service

  • Ability to act, operate andhandle accounts independently up to finalization
  • Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application;especially Excel
  • Ability to work cooperativelyand collaboratively with all levels of employees, management, andexternal agencies to maximize performance creativity, problemsolving and results
