KeyResponsibilities :

To provideadministrative and secretarial support to Managing Directorincluding business and personal matters.

Arrange andco-ordinate meeting conference, activities and events.

To proactively manage and ensure Managing Director calendars are upto date and coordinate scheduling meetings and appointments.

Support in planning and follow up meeting agendas with alldepartments manager.

To prepare monthly report,minutes, presentations and preparation of meetings and conferencecalls.

Handle all business travel arrangementsincluding booking of flight, hotels, land transport, visaapplications, itineraries and agenda.

Key Requirements : Degreeholder.


Previous experience in the similarposition.

Pro-active and solution-orientedbehavior.

Good communication skills.

Customer and service oriented demeanor.
