Job Role : HR Administrator

Requirements

  • The role willrequire a range of different tasks to be carried out including butnot limited to; setting and maintaining HR personnel files,administering secretarial skills testing, liaising with candidates,agents and hiring managers, arranging video conference bookingsinternally and with external facilities and providing HRConsultants with regular reports.
  • There willlarge amounts of data entry and processing, production of employeeletters and standard contracts.
  • The rolerequires the candidate to be discreet and methodical, as their willbe exposure to highly confidential information.
  • You must have experience working within a stringadministrative function with emphasis on supporting a HR team.Previous experience in a professional services firm isdesirable.
  • Proactivity, good organizationalskills and the ability to demonstrate high levels of accuracy areparamount, as is a professional and corporate appearance in linewith company image.
